As a first step, we enter into a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with a potential seller. That NDA provides you with the legally binding commitment that all information received will be kept in the strictest confidence and not be used to your detriment in a competitive landscape.
We always enter discussions with an acquisition candidate hoping it will result in a successful transaction. Many of them do. But should we not reach agreement, or should you decide not to continue discussions, we respect that decision. All information shared will be returned or destroyed upon request.
