In 1998, MFA Petroleum (a wholly owned subsidiary of MFA Oil) became managing partner in a joint venture with Big O Tires. We became the sole owner/operator of our franchise locations in 2015 and currently operate Big O Tires franchises in Missouri and Arkansas.
