Pre-Employment Screenings

All positions require a background check and drug screening upon hire. If you drive customer vehicles or are given a company vehicle, we will also require an Motor Vehicle Report check.

Onboarding

Once you have passed our screenings and we have received a start date from your manager, it is time for you to complete your onboarding documents. This step is essential in introducing you to our company and getting your new hire documentation into our system.

Applying

No, all applicants must go through our applicant tracking system online. If you need assistance to complete an application, please contact [email protected].

Creating a login and password is the first step of the application process. The password requirements are:

  • Eight characters long
  • At least one upper case letter
  • At least one lower case letter
  • At least one special character

If you are still having issues, you can reset your password online by clicking the “Forgot your Login or Password” link found on the login screen.

All internal and external applicants are required to submit an online application for each position or location they would like to be considered for.

Yes, you may reapply. However, your rehire eligibility depends on several factors including but not limited to the division, the reason for your termination, and the amount of time that has passed since you have worked for us.

Offers & Acceptance

Yes, not all positions require a driver’s license. If you do not have one, you can put NA for the driver’s license number.

We recommend waiting until you have passed your pre-employment screenings and your manager has reached out to coordinate a start date.

Pre-Employment Screening

We estimate about 7 business days, but each case is unique. Background checks can take longer if you have lived in several different states, and drug tests can take longer if we need to verify a prescription.

Each division and position may have different restrictions and requirements. Typically, if you have an active case, we will not be able to proceed with employment until it has been dispositioned.

We are a drug-free workplace. If you have a valid prescription, an independent MRO (Medical Review Officer) will call you to verify your information. Each division and position may have different restrictions and safety requirements.

MVR stands for “Motor Vehicle Report.” It is important to us to know that our employees are safe and responsible behind the wheel. This part of the background check lets us know if any applicant or current employee has any violations or points against their driver’s license. For our Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated positions, we are required to request a new copy of each driver’s MVR every 12 months.

Yes, we may require you to complete a drug screening and background check as part of our employment process.

If you fail the pre-employment screening, we will be unable to proceed with the hiring process. Depending on which portion of pre-employment you failed, it may affect your eligibility to be employed within our organization for a certain amount of time. If we find unfavorable results on the background check, we will send a copy of your background check results and a pre-adverse letter to your physical address. You will have 7 calendar days to respond if something is inaccurate. Responding does not guarantee that we will be able to proceed with employment.
