MFA Oil Board Names Jon Ihler as Chief Executive Officer

MFA Oil Company today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Jon Ihler as president and chief executive officer effective July 31, 2019. Ihler, who had been serving as interim CEO since April 25, 2019, is the fifth CEO in the cooperative’s 90-year history.

MFA Oil Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

MFA Oil Company announces the appointment of Jeff Raetz as its chief financial officer effective July 30, 2019. Raetz will lead the company’s finance strategy and oversee the company’s accounting, finance and information technology operations.

MFA Oil Company, a farmer-owned energy supply cooperative, has acquired George’s Gas Co., Inc., with operations in Berryville, Ark., Harrison Ark., and Springdale, Ark., effective April 30.
