Account Setup
My MFA Oil is our new customer portal that lets you manage your account online, view invoices, make payments, place orders and access account details all from one convenient place.
Follow these steps:
- Click the blue Register button to complete your account setup.
- Go to MyMFAOil.com and click Register.
- Enter the last four digits of your tax ID (SSN or EIN), MFA Oil account number, your most recent statement balance, zip code,
- Assign a phone number and email to your account.
- Choose a 12-character password that includes letters, a number, and a special character. Then confirm it.
- Select a profile name.
Your accounts with the same tax ID (SSN or EIN) will automatically be linked for easy management.
You will need to create an MFA Oil account before you can create a My MFA Oil registration.
Any MFA Oil member or customer with an active account can create a My MFA Oil account.
You’ll need your MFA Oil account number, the last four digits of your tax ID (SSN or EIN), your most recent statement balance, email address, and contact information.
Yes. Starting in January, all online bill pay activity will move to My MFA Oil. You’ll need to create a My MFA Oil account to continue paying online.
Logging In
If you have already registered an account, go to www.mymfaoil.com and enter your email address and password to log in. If you’ve yet to register an account, click the register button in the top right corner and enter the requested information to get started.
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your credentials. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Yes. You can elect to have your device remember your login credentials.
Yes. My MFA Oil is mobile-friendly and works on smartphones and tablets.
Billing & Payments
Yes. Your current balance is displayed on the Home screen. You may also view past invoices and statements in your My MFA Oil account.
Yes. You can enroll in AutoPay to schedule recurring payments.
Yes. Payment confirmations are available immediately after completing a transaction. You will also receive an email confirmation for your records.
You will receive an email notification if your payment is declined. You can retry payment or contact our customer service team if you need help.
Log in. On the Home screen, there will be a button with “Pay My Bill.” Click that and you will be automatically taken to the online bill payment screen. Choose your payment method and follow the prompts.
Yes. If you already have existing automatic payments set up for your MFA Oil account(s) they will continue. Please note that you will still need to register through My MFA Oil to receive the promotional account credits.
Yes. Your account will display invoices, payments, and transaction history.
In your account, select “Make a Payment”, then select View Payment Methods in the drop-down menu under “I would like to…”. Here you can add, remove, or edit saved payment options.
Account Management
Not yet. Currently, you can review your contact information in My MFA Oil. We are working on adding contact information updates and look forward to making this feature available to customers as soon as we can. In the meantime, if you need to update the information displayed in your account, please contact your local MFA Oil office. You can find your local office’s contact information under the My Profile tab in My MFA Oil.
Yes, you can manage multiple accounts from a single login if they share the same tax ID (SSN or EIN).
Security & Privacy
Yes. My MFA Oil uses advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your information.
No. Access requires your unique login credentials. Never share your login email address or password.
Your data is encrypted, and our system follows strict security standards for storage and transmission.
Online Orders
If your account and tank qualify to place orders through the online system, you will see an order button next to your tank. Click that and follow the prompts. You will be asked if you want the tank filled or if you want to purchase a specified quantity of gallons. It will show you the price minus taxes and fees. You can then add the order to your cart and submit your order.
Orders for refined fuel products must equal at least 200 gallons.

Customers on AutoFill cannot place online orders because MFA Oil will automatically schedule deliveries for you. If you can’t place an order, contact your local MFA Oil office for assistance.
We attempt to fulfill all deliveries within 3 to 5 business days. If you need a delivery sooner, please contact your local MFA Oil office.
My MFA Oil Benefits
My MFA Oil provides a single location to manage billing, payments and account details, making your account easier to manage. Additionally, credit-approved customers can order fuel and propane.
Yes. You can opt to receive push notifications for invoices, statements and deliveries.
Yes.
My MFA Oil offers the first opportunity for MFA Oil members and customers to place online orders for fuel and propane. Members will be able to view their patronage information and equity. Tax exemptions and expiration dates are also available. These are all in addition to the ability to view and manage important account details such as invoices, statements and payments.
Orders and payments should show up within 24 to 48 hours.
