June 30, 2023
Today, MFA Oil Company, a farmer-owned energy supply cooperative, announced the promotion of Jennifer Bach to its executive team as vice president of Break Time operations. She has worked in the Break Time division of MFA Oil for 25 years, most recently serving as senior director of operations for the company’s 71 Break Time convenience stores. Bach will report to Jon Ihler, MFA Oil president and CEO, and succeeds Curtis Chaney, who has announced his intent to retire effective December 2023.
“Jennifer is a proven leader with deep knowledge of the C-store industry,” says Ihler. “Her knowledge, insights, and forward-thinking will be great assets to our executive leadership team.”
Bach joined MFA Oil in 1998 and has worked in various Break Time roles, including price book coordinator, operations coordinator, category manager, marketing and merchandising manager, and director of operations, her most recent position.
Bach earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business management from Pensacola Christian College and holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Missouri.
