Card Usage

Your MFA Oil Gift Card must be used to purchase fuel, merchandise or services from MFA Oil Company-owned Break Time Convenience Stores, Bulk and Propane Plants, Petro-Card 24 and Big O Tires stores. This card cannot be redeemed for cash. MFA Oil is not responsible for unauthorized use of card.

Monetary Limits

There is a $500 limit to the initial loading. Your active MFA Oil Gift Card may be reloaded up to 99 times with a limited working balance of $1,000.

Fees

After 24 months of non-use, a monthly service charge deduction of $2.00 will apply dating back to the first month of non-use until the balance of the card is depleted.

Expiration Dates

Your MFA Oil Gift Card has no expiration date as long as it has a balance. Once the card has a zero balance and has been inactive for 30 days, it will be deactivated and cannot be reloaded.

Replacement Cards

To replace a lost or stolen card for the remaining balance, contact MFA Oil at (800) 366-0200 and provide original receipt and account number. A $5.00 service fee will apply for card replacement and will be deducted from the available balance.

Balance Inquiry

Visit MFA Oil’s Gift Card page or call (800) 540-8797 to retrieve your gift card balance. There are no fees associated with balance inquiries.
