Propane Stock Levels Remain Low

The DOE inventory report said that crude oil stocks were up 6.09 million barrels to a total of 426.975 and last year there were 489.109 million barrels and a 62.134 deficit. Cushing, Okla., crude stocks were down 1.968 million barrels to a total of 33.551 million and last year there were 59.442 million barrels a 25.891 million barrel deficit. Gasoline stock was down 1.96 million barrels putting total stocks at 223.107 million barrels and last year at this time there were 225.121 million barrels a 2.014 million barrels deficit. Distillate stocks were down 24,000 barrels to a total of 129.307 million and last year at this time there were 164.551 million barrels a 35.244 million barrel deficit.
Propane stocks were down 588,000 barrels putting total stocks at 71.700 million barrels and last year at this time there were 99.897 million barrels a 28.197 million barrel difference. Stock levels are still low and to avoid any issues you should fill your tank up now. Midwest inventories were down 263,000 barrels putting total stocks at 24.806 million barrels and last year there were 25.658 million barrels an 852,000 barrel difference. Gulf Coast stocks were down up 268,000 barrels putting total stocks as 33.684 million barrels and last year at this time there were 59.881 million barrels a 26.197 million barrel deficit.
