Energy Stocks Are Up

Crude stock were up 4.89 million barrels in the DOE inventory report issued yesterday. Cushing, Ok crude stocks were also up 1.38 million barrels. Gasoline stocks were down 1.80 million barrels and distillate stocks were down 1.07 million barrels.
Total crude stocks are now at 536.580 million barrels and last year at this time there were 445.041 million barrels. +91.539
Total gasoline stocks 246.733 million barrels and last year at this time there were 232.526 million barrels. + 14.207
Total distillate stocks are 177.883 million barrels and last year at this time there were 136.816 million barrels. +41.067
Propane inventories were up 2.040 million barrels putting total stocks at 82.388 million barrels. In the Midwest stocks were up 912,000 barrel putting total stocks at 21 million barrels and last year at this time there were 23.364 million barrels (-2.364). Gulf Coast stocks were up 564,000 barrels putting total stocks at 48.743 million barrels and last year at this time there were 42.927 million barrels +5.816. Propane production was down but still strong at 2.214 million barrels.
