As a cooperative, MFA Oil is controlled by our co-op members, who elect delegates at annual meetings each fall. These delegates, in turn, elect an eight-member Board of Directors to establish company policy and set operating guidelines.

    Ray Young

    Dale Creach

    Dale Creach is named President; ECI Refinery declares bankruptcy.

  • 1983

    Jerry Taylor

  • 2014

    Mark Fenner

    Mark Fenner is named President.

  • 2015

    Jon Ihler

    Jon Ihler is named President and CEO.

  • 2020

    Jiffy Lube

    Divested Jiffy Lube franchise to Allied Lube Group.

  • 2021
