Jennifer Bach

Vice President, Break Time Operations

Jennifer Bach has served as vice president of Break Time operations for MFA Oil Company since June 2023. She leads the company’s Break Time convenience stores, bringing 25 years of experience in the division to her role. Since joining MFA Oil in 1998, Bach has held a variety of roles within Break Time, including price book coordinator, operations coordinator, category manager, marketing and merchandising manager, and director of operations.

Bach holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business management from Pensacola Christian College and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
