Customer Agreement

The Customer Agreement is required for all MFA Oil Customers.

Whether you buy propane, fuel or lubricants, we offer credit to qualified customers. Select the option below that best fits your needs and apply online. If you are applying for a credit card and your agreement is approved, watch for an approval email with a link to order your cards.

Individual Account

Select this option to complete the agreement for an individual account.

Submit Individual Agreement

Joint Account

Select this option to complete the agreement for a joint account with your spouse or partner.

Submit Joint Agreement

Business Account

Select this option to complete the agreement for a business account.

Submit Business Agreement

Once submitted, your Customer Agreement will automatically be sent to us for processing.
You will receive a notification regarding our credit decision via the email address you provided.
