As our country grapples with the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to share with you how we are responding. We are taking recommended precautions and following the guidance of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities to safeguard the health of our employees and customers.
To do our part in stopping the spread of COVID-19, we are closing our offices to the public, effective immediately. We will continue to make deliveries and we are still available by phone and email to assist you with orders, payments and questions. You can find contact information for your local office at https://www.mfaoil.com/locations.
If you need to drop off a payment or pick up an order, we ask that you call us when you arrive at one of our offices and our staff will see to your needs. We have put protocols in place to keep our employees and the communities we serve safe and limit potential exposure to COVID-19.
As part of our protocols, our staff are cleaning and disinfecting their work areas regularly. Anyone who is not feeling well, has been instructed to stay home out of an abundance of caution. Additionally, we have plans in place to ensure our services to you will continue even if one of our plants becomes impacted by the virus.
We know spring planting is just around the corner, and you will be counting on us. We look forward to servicing your energy needs now and into the future. Thank you for all you do for our cooperative.
